Puedes agregar hasta 3 items para autoloot usando el comando de la siguiente manera como ejemplo:   

!autoloot add,gold coin , tambien puedes limpiar la lista con: !autoloot clean  , o puedes eliminar un item en especifico con  !autoloot remove,gold coin
